Factory building dating back to mid-20th century for tobacco leaf processing.
From an ancient tobacco factory to a four-star Hotel immersed in the Tuscan countryside where the modern look coexists with its reach past.
On surface of 3,235 square meters, the volume consists of a single parallelepiped-shaped body arranged along the provincial road of Castelfalfi, divided into three floors above ground and a basement, for an average total height of about 12 meters.
The careful renovation was carried out using the traditional materials of the place to respect the colors and style of the region.
The 31 rooms marry the Tuscan style with precious elements: olive parquet and exposed beams that date back to the original building.
